Queen Elizabeth II 1926 – 2022

The Company of Butchers of the City of York offer their sincere condolences to the King and all the members of the royal family as the nation comes together to honour the life of her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Master has sent, on behalf of the Gild, a letter of condolence to Buckingham Palace and together with the Clerk, attended a Service of Commemoration on the Eve of the Funeral of her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II held in York Minster.
